These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Together we will explore yoga poses, breath work and mindful movement with intention. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are looking to try a new movement routine, you will discover the benefits yoga can have on your physical and mental well-being.

Wednesdays:

8:00 - 9:15 a.m. - Hatha Yoga at Tall Tree Integrated Health 

5:30 - 7:45 p.m. - Hatha Yoga at Tall Tree Integrated Health
