These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Together we will explore yoga poses, breath work and mindful movement with intention. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are looking to try a new movement routine, you will discover the benefits yoga can have on your physical and mental well-being.

All private sessions include an Initial Consultation, Follow-up Notes and Weekly Suggested Home Practice (SHP).
60 minute private : $100.00 (plus tax)
45 minute private : $85.00 (plus tax)
30 minute private : $65.00 (plus tax)
